Howdy, I'm Mav! For over a decade I have been a player for several different TTRPGS including D&D 5e, Vampire: The Masquerade, and Call of Cthulu. Around five years ago I decided to learn how to DM. Since then, I have gained a massive amount of experience that has made me confident enough to try my hand at being a professional DM! I hope to meet all you who are interested soon :)

How Maverick ☣️ Hound's Head runs games

In my games I tend to have a 60/40 ratio of roleplay to combat as I myself tend to prefer to roleplay, however a different ratio can be proposed if the party wishes for more or less roleplay! The combat stakes tend to vary based on the vibes of the setting. I will always use visual references in order to help immerse players in the setting.

My table is loose and carefree with moments of seriousness depending on what is happening in the campaign. But, as long as you are a kind person who wants to sit down, unwind, and enjoy playing with others while weaving a meaningful story with your characters, you are more than welcome!
