Hello hello! I'm Kim! I've been playing DnD 5e for over five years and have been DMing for just over two! I have a bachelor's degree in creative writing and a master's in communication, focusing on accessibility. As such, I pride myself on inclusive gameplay and love to create adventures for both fresh and seasoned players.

How Kim runs games
I love roleplay and combat in equal measure, and am happy to adjust my games to my players' preferences. I've been told that I'm good at getting players to delve into roleplay, and that my combat encounters are fair but challenging. While I am very familiar with the rules and want everyone to be on equal footing, I have been known to go with the rule of cool. You want to use a bathroom door as a weapon? Roll a strength check. If you pass, I'll give you weapon stats for a bathroom door. I'm also focused on inclusivity and safety. Players are encouraged to be honest about how things in the game make them feel, and I'm always open to discussing how to make all of my players comfortable. If we can't all feel safe in a session, we don't play. That being said, I only delve into the darker stuff if I've been given prior consent from every player at my table. I'm happy to get into the gore and despair, but I also love being lighthearted and inspiring humorous interactions, even in Barovia.
