About Chibi Bree
Hi, I’m Chibi Bree! I run character-driven fantasy games with a strong roleplay focus, emotional storytelling, and plenty of room for your backstory to matter. I love guided adventures, but I never want your character to feel like they were simply dropped into the plot. I want the world to remember them, react to them, and make space for their goals. My tables are best for players, new and experienced alike, who enjoy collaboration, memorable NPCs, immersive moments, and a little chaos along the way. Whether the story is cozy, mysterious, dramatic, or high-energy, I want every player to feel like their character belongs in the world and has something meaningful to chase.

I became a GM because
I GM because I love when a table stops feeling like a game and becomes a story we’re living together: full of meaningful choices, emotion, tension, triumph, and chaos. I want it to be the kind of story you’re still talking about long after the session ends.
I got started GMing...
I started GMing at 18 at a local hobby shop, running Pathfinder before branching into D&D and indie RPGs. From the beginning, my favorite part was seeing players light up when the world reacted to their ideas, risks, and character choices in ways that felt personal and real.
When I'm not running games I'm...
Usually playing RPGs in one form or another (TTRPGs, MMORPGs, or video game RPGs). I also love cosplay and creative worldbuilding, so if you enjoy bringing extra flavor, character aesthetics, or dramatic energy to the table, we will probably get along very well.
How Chibi Bree runs games
I run roleplay-forward games where character choices matter and player backstories actively shape the adventure. I love taking what players give me, like their beliefs, ambitions, fears, relationships, and weird little details, and weaving those into the world so their characters feel connected to it. Session 0 is a standard part of my process. I use it to cover tone, boundaries, group chemistry, and character connections, so the party starts with a reason to care about one another. I also like building hooks between characters before the first session, which helps the group feel grounded right away. My goal is for each session to feel immersive, collaborative, and memorable, with room for both meaningful story beats and moments of fun chaos.

I once ran a session...
I once ran a game where every player was trying to become the next Goblin King. It was chaotic, fun, and surprisingly heartfelt. It reminded me that stepping outside the norm can create the most memorable stories.
My games focus on...
Having fun, getting immersed, and telling a memorable story together. I love trying to do voices, adding intrigue, and making the world feel alive. I want the overall story to matter, but I also want your character to have the chance to chase their own dreams.
Rules are...
Rules are important, but I treat them as a foundation for fun, not a barrier to creativity. If your idea fits the story and respects the table, I will usually try to find a way to say yes.
Chibi Bree's ideal table
My ideal table is full of players who enjoy roleplay, care about the story, and want to build something together. You do not need to be a voice actor or veteran roleplayer to play with me: just be willing to try something new, engage with the world, or work with others! I especially love groups that enjoy character bonds, personal stakes, mystery, exploration, and the feeling that their choices ripple outward. Every group gets a Session 0, and I often use short questionnaires that allow me to better understand what players want from the experience.

I love it when a player
I love it when a player surprises me with a clever solution, an unexpected character detail, or a choice that deepens the story. The moments I remember most are when someone thinks outside the box and turns a simple scene into something personal, hilarious, or unforgettable.
I think min/maxing...
I do not mind min/maxing in moderation, especially when it supports your character concept. I just prefer builds with personality, flaws, and goals over ones that dominate the table or make it harder for others to shine.
My table is not the place for...
players who want wall-to-wall combat, treat the game as background noise, or prefer to stay disconnected from the group’s story. My games work best when players are present, collaborative, and interested in engaging with the world, the party, and the tone of the adventure.
