About me
Story-Driven DM | Roleplay & Combat Balanced | 7 Years of Experience Howdy, adventurers! I've been rolling dice and shaping worlds for 7 years, with 4 years of experience as a Dungeon Master/Game Master. My DM style is roleplay-heavy, story-immersive, and character-driven, with plenty of challenging and unique combat to keep things exciting. I've run Ghosts of Saltmarsh, Out of the Abyss, Wild Beyond the Witchlight (completed), and dozens of one-shots, both homebrewed and published. On the side, I’m also running my own homebrew campaign spanning the multiverse, blending high adventure, deep lore, and player-driven storytelling. For me, a great D&D game is a collaboration since we're all here to tell an epic story together, and I love incorporating my players’ ideas to make the world feel alive. Whether you're uncovering ancient mysteries, forging legendary bonds, or facing down terrifying foes, I bring passion and energy to every session. If you're looking for a DM who values player agency, engaging storytelling, and a balance of roleplay and combat, then let's embark on an unforgettable adventure together!
GM Style
I’m a DM who loves to dive deep into roleplay and character-driven stories. My games are immersive, with rich world-building and NPCs that feel alive, so players can make meaningful choices that impact the narrative. Combat is a big part of my campaigns, but I focus on keeping it unique and challenging, with encounters that push players to think strategically and creatively. I want every player to feel like their character matters, and I work to make sure the game is balanced between story, character growth, and exciting action. My goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels safe to explore, grow, and have fun. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, I’m all about creating memorable, fun adventures.

I have played a couple of sessions with Cory and I must say, it's been a blast! The creativity and effort put into the games is at a high standard and I would recommend experiencing one for yourself. The games are well organised with everything explained clearly on using Roll20, which is helpful for new players. The game experience itself includes atmospheric audio tracks to get you into the mood with excellent narration of the storyline and voice acting NPCs articulately to add to the experience.
Cory was GM for a Mausritter oneshot that I played in, and it was a delightful experience. Mausritter is very much a system that I would describe as "vibes over rules". Perhaps the most important skills that the Mausritter system demands of a GM are to build a world, set a mood and to let the players find a place in it. For mice, the world feels huge and kind of scary, but the overall tone of the game is quite lighthearted. Cory absolutely nailed the balance between cuteness and fear, and that was their first time EVER with Mausritter. If you're looking for a GM to create a world that lives and breathes that you as a player are invited in to experience: Cory comes with my highest recommendations and with all my mousey squeaks of approval.
My first time playing with Cory was great fun. It was "just a one-shot" but they spent the time to discuss character creation and teach me how to use the technology before-hand to make sure I was comfortable and prepared. They provided maps and pictures and had great voices for the different NPCs making the experience immersive. Overall the vibe was warm and welcoming and the session flowed very nicely. I'll definitely be rolling with them again!
Cory is fantastic. They are incredibly detail oriented and creative and actively wants to improve. They tailor the experience to your group, and are never hard to talk to if you’re having an issue with the game. They are chaotic in the best ways, and can provide a challenge, as much or as little as you want. They’re a teacher, a guide, and just a fine person. I’m glad I’ve had the privilege of playing in their games, and I continue to get to play with them. Don’t hesitate to play one of their games, you’ll be happy you did.
I have played numerous games with Cory as my GM and they have never let me down! Their stories are well thought out, their characters are always filled with charm and make you want to talk with them. They will go along with all kind of wild stories you and your party may try and take the game towards, even if it makes no sense.
