About Tim

I'm an avid player of Dungeons of Dragons since the time of Advanced D&D (2nd Edition) and have been a player as well as a dungeon master for most of those years. I enjoy the idea of each DnD game being one of those high-quality type of audiobook/podcast adventures. With over 1000 hours on this VTT platform, Foundry has been my preferred virtual tabletop experience for years and DMed two campaigns along with playing as a player in three using D&D 5e. For me, the best joy in DnD is the people I play with and creating extraordinary experiences with them.

I became a GM because

I wanted to create adventures where my friends could become the heroes of their own stories. It was creating moments that my group would still be talking about years later. That's why I became a DM.

I got started GMing...

A roleplaying game is where people can laugh, solve problems, and tell an unforgettable story together for hours. It lets me combine my favorite things: storytelling, improvisation, strategy, and helping others have fun. That's why I became a DM.

My 3 systems I'd bring to a desert island would be

Dungeons and Dragons, Vampire the Masquerade, and Call of Cthulhu.

How Tim runs games

I tend to prefer 50 to 60% in roleplaying interesting NPCs and situations. The remaining will be combat. What I value the most is telling a great story and players that interact in creative ways (not getting the party killed though).
