About me
I am relatively new to the TTRPG scene and have roughly 3 years' experience with D&D 5e and Pathfinder 2e, both as a player and a GM (like so many, I started playing during the pandemic). Though I may be new to the hobby, my lifelong obesssion with fantasy storytelling, world-building, and game design have helped me really enjoy the GM experience. I love working creatively with others to tell epic stories together! A little about me... well, it's quite the disjointed list of hobbies. I enjoy theater and improv and psychology and languages and nature and travel and teaching. I have acted in, directed, and written a few theatrical/musical productions over the years and have taught a wide range of subjects in a classroom setting, from physics to theater to choir to Spanish. Above all, though, music is probably my truest passion. And I mean that in the nerdiest way possible. I'm not sure why you need to know all of this or how it relates to this hobby, but I've dumped it here for your consumption. Free of charge(ish). When interacting with your teammates, remember these rules of improv: 1) say "yes and" or "no but," 2) make your fellow players look good, 3) tell a story TOGETHER. Let's have fun!
GM Style
Please note that I only GM for Pathfinder 2nd Edition. I strongly prefer a narrative playstyle mixed with equal parts roleplaying and combat. I can lean heavily either way, depending on the situation, but in the end I am interested in helping you tell your character's story, not "beat the game." My playstyle does not synergize well with strict powergamers/min-maxers. Such players will likely have more fun at another table. I love voice-acting. That doesn't mean I'm any good at it but at least (in theory) every NPC will have their own voice. I strive to be very accessible and love talking all things pathfinder with my players! I always welcome questions and discussions on Discord.
