About me

I love playing games, and have specifically been playing role playing games for well over 12 years now. I have a degree in game design and have been sure to explore as many games as possible all while refining my ability to run them. I have a real passion for facilitating a fun and exciting environment when stepping through the worlds created by these games. The mechanics of a game interest me, but I am often more engaged with the roleplaying aspects created by these systems and players. My personal favorites are HERO System, any RPG set in either Warhammer universe, and Shadowrun 5e.

GM Style

I enjoy all aspects of the role playing game experience. I find myself most drawn to creating a collaborative narrative where nothing I prepare is necessarily set in stone. To create this environment for players, I familiarize myself with the mechanical aspects of the system, I communicate with players to help determine what they would find interesting, and I blend it with some game master input to make it all the more exciting. Due to my background and what I enjoy about role playing games players can expect a world that they can truly interact with, dynamic characters and events that they can shape, and tense conflicts where the rules are both known and followed (though sometimes the rule of cool simply has to win).
