How Anduriel runs games

Roleplay - Immersive. Realistic. Inclusive. Roleplaying is king in my GM style. I love creating authentic NPCs for player characters to interact with, and I love to encourage inter-party roleplaying as well. I want you to feel as if you are stepping into your character's shoes every session. Exploration - Rich. Interesting. Evocative. An often forgotten aspect of TTRPGs, I feel that exploration is an essential part of the game to bridge between scenes, to flesh out the world, and to allow PCs to interact with the world in character-driven ways. Combat - Exciting. Cinematic. Innovative. I encourage creative problem-solving and character-driven decisions during combat. No one likes repetitively hitting a sack of hit points for too long, so I try to use descriptive language for both PCs and NPCs/monsters to make you feel like you are in the battle yourself.
