💀 (DARK FANTASY/HORROR GM) 💀 Discord server for my Startplaying games: https://discord.gg/53qzyrRbfq Hi! My name is Adrienn. I'm a GM of horror and dark fantasy RPGs. I’ve been running two intertwined Vampire: The Masquerade campaigns for over a year now, and I’m always writing new one-shots as well (nightmares never run out around here, haha). I love exploring topics that are dark, unusual, and often inspired by mythology and/or dreams. My inspiration to start GMing came from a deep-rooted desire to bring new worlds and stories to life. I started writing as a child, and eventually discovered that I could drag others into daydreaming with me. 🍭 A few pieces of info about me: - I'm from Hungary and currently live in Budapest - I have an MA in translation and interpreting (English-German) - I am bilingual (Hungarian-Russian) - I am currently developing my own TTRPG for language learning - I play the piano and love reading comics - I write poems as well 🍭 What I offer: - Creative horror settings and emotional dread - Your actions will matter - One shots or short campaigns - A lot of homebrew - For longer campaigns, especially Vampire, I offer a Milanote interface to keep track of progress and map out relationships - I am more focused on social aspects than combat (which doesn't mean the combat is missing though) - Character death can occur if the story or player decisions prompt it Thanks for reading! 🖤 I hope you will give playing with me a go!))

How Adrienn runs games

🪦Horrors inspired by classics, mythology and dreams 😶‍🌫️ Well-developed NPCs 🙂‍↕️ A lot of roleplay, playing your character well will matter more than combat 🧐 Interesting riddles 💭 Sometimes psychological undertones 👹 Weird/scary monsters and possible PC death (your decisions will weigh a lot)

I prep by

using Milanote boards, I write out storylines and give players their own board to collect information (if it's a campaign). I often generate images for characters and sometimes add some fun extra tasks for XP.
