About me

I have primarily played DnD versions 3.5 and 5e and I have been a DM for DnD 5e for 2 years. I have also played Shadowrun version 3, 5 and 6e. We will use roll20 for gameplay in Shadowrun and DnD Beyond for Dungeons and Dragons games. Discord will be the primary communication channel. For Shadowrun, I have the Compendium and for DnD, I have the core books for 5e that are shared for characters.

GM Style

I like a good amount of roll playing and try to bring different personalities to the game so playing your character, both good and bad, not only makes the game more fun but rewarding so to speak. I like players who take risks and try crazy things even if it fails. Especially when it fails. I am not a fan of players who try to work the rules to make the most one dimensions super OP character. I like characters who have flaws and live up to them. I am not super-crunchy on rules so if you like to debate rule interpretation it might not mesh. Games will have an end goal but there is room for an open ended collaborative experience. I do not like to see characters fail but sometimes bad things happen to good characters...
