How The Drunk Goblin GM runs games

I love running wide open old school sandboxes with a lot of freedom and player agency as far as what you want to do/where you want to go. I run combat as war: high stakes & lethal, but out of game I'm always fair and I always allow a way out (worst case, consider fleeing).
