About the adventure

Seeking fortune and glory your adventure begins in the village of Westreach. Having gained employ from one of the many merchant guilds in the kingdom of Celan you must help guard their goods as they are transported to the Dwarven fortress of Thol Maldir. The trek will take you through the desolated wastelands in between and its deadly inhabitants. Will you honor your contract or flee in abject terror from the myriad of obstacles that will stand in your way. This game is for new and veteran players looking for a fun and exciting time as a player-driven world unfolds before them. There will be a session Zero for the campaign, but players may join at any time if there is an available seat.

How to prepare

Players will require a decent and reliable mic and Discord account. Each player will also need to download and install Fantasy Grounds Unity (available at www.fantasygrounds.com). The Demo (free) version is fine, as I have an Ultimate license. The DM will be using video and players may do so as well, but it is not required of players

What I provide

All of the core rulebooks and optional sourcebooks will be available on Fantasy Grounds and the DM will provide a link to D&D Beyond for the campaign as an additional resource for the players. A world map will be provided during session zero for character development.

How will character creation work

Players will start out with a session zero to suss out 1st level characters on Fantasy Grounds Unity and Discord (premade characters will be available if you want one). Standard Array for ability scores (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8) or if you're brave (or old school) rolling your stats will be ok if done with the DM on Fantasy Grounds. Any official 5e content can be used for character creation.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
