About the adventure

Rappan Athuk is a mega-dungeons created by Frog God Games and Necromancer Games. I have ran it for years and am intimately familiar with it's vile innards. The game can be run in both PF1st Edition and DnD5E, both providing robust challenges and fun! The game can start at nearly any level with multiple ways to port the players in depending on the edition used for expansions and addons. I have strict guidelines for character creation and provide a challenging but highly rewarding and immersive game run in the style of the Masters of Old. Here you will find no ease, no simplicity, and no respite. There will only ever be life, death, and treasure! Come explore 700 pages of lore, wilderness, and dungeons to which I have added political intrigue, land ownership, and the snares of leadership. Are you a brave captain or a sly treasure hunter? How to prepare

The only thing required for play is Roll20 and a knowledge of the game system being played.

What I provide

I will be providing all game materials including sprites, maps, documents, etc. for the game.

Gameplay details

Rappan Athuk is a dungeon crawl at it's heart with added elements of becoming land owners and becoming involved in the politics of the land. A typical game session will involve entering the dungeon and surviving as long as you can until necessity requires you to leave to sell goods and buy gear. There are NPC's and a vast wilderness to brave before you ever enter the dungeon.

How will character creation work

Character creation will follow guidelines according to the game system used. The game can begin at Level 1, 4, or 7. The group will decide what they are paying for. I prefer to make characters in game together. I will provide strict guidelines for character creation including Stat arrays, point buys, and book restriction. If you've come to cheese save it for the bistro, this is old school DnD for real adventurers!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
