How to prepare

Make sure you're familiar with the 5e system of Dungeons and Dragons. To create characters, you can use any system you'd like, but I'd recommend the 5e Companion App for Apple and Android. It's a wonderful tool. Any other character tracker is more than welcome. While using Roll20, you'll just need a decent internet connection. I'd love to connect with the players through audio, and video if possible. So having a mic and camera is not required, but encouraged.

What I provide

Roll20 or; I will supply battle maps, minis, and maps. All the monster minis I use are either resin printed or Wizkids and hand painted by myself. Battle maps and dungeon tiles are handmade by myself.

Gameplay details

Come prepared with a level 1 character, with a basic idea of your backstory. There is a period of time during the game that we can take a break from the main story and pursue characters' personal goals, so have an idea of what you'd want there. I expect to work 1-on-1 to flush out backstories more. In the underdark, dangerous creatures lurk around every corner, so be prepared to defend yourself. In the cities as well, sinister organizations plot against each other, all while the influence of demons acts as a catalyst to these negative conflicts. The majority of the game will be spent underground. I also would love to use Roll20, which doesn't cost a dime for players. If we decide to use dungeon tiles instead, I'm more than willing.

How will character creation work

Players should have an idea of what character they'd like to play. If needed, we can take the first session to create characters. If the players would rather, I can work 1-on-1 to help create characters.
