About the adventure

The Lost Mine of Phandelver from the Dungeons & Dragons Starter is the perfect introduction to the world’s greatest roleplaying game. Journey to the Forgotten Realms to the town of Phandelver and rediscover the ancient mine lost thousands of years ago. Lost Mine of Phandclvcr is an adventure for four to five characters of 1st level. During the course of the adventure, the characters will advance to 5th level. The adventure is set a short distance from the city of Never-winter in the Sword Coast region of the Forgotten Realms setting.

How to prepare

Players will need a working microphone and a device that can access Astral Virtual Tabletop at Astraltabletop.com.

What I provide

I will be using Astral to roll virtual dice and for battle maps. I’ve added unique visual and character flourishes to the written content that I hope will supplement the immersion factor.

Gameplay details

Although it doesn’t deal with any intensely graphic elements, this adventure is aimed towards players age 18+ and may at times contain obscene language.

How will character creation work

Players will submit links to the character sheet they’d like to use to the DM before the adventure. Players are free to use whatever means they want to create the sheet, but DM recommends DNDBeyond.com. Players may only use starter equipment and if content is Unearthed Arcana the DM will need to review it before approval.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
