Little Ship in the Big Space - 5e Dark Matter Space Adventure

About the adventure

The garbage barge, Döner, is used to depositing radioactive trash into the Nebula, but the turnover for such a tedious job is high and the pay is atrociously low. Captain Eladry Parsec, a drow with seedy connections, has managed to attract the lowliest of criminals to join her on her next mission, but got sick the day before launch and pulled in help from you, the slightly more responsible substitutes, with a simple note: "SALLY is a little funny, but she'll get you through. Try not to crash the old biddy. And watch for Knives in your bunks." This game uses excerpts from Dark Matter, a 5e expansion, for bonus spells, classes, and races, but mostly all 5e options will be accepted. Can you prevent a mutiny and finish the job in a timely fashion? Or will the internal strife outpace your pay stubs?

Gameplay details

This is a roleplay heavy campaign with all the drama you can want out of a TTRPG. You can expect possible PvP combat with plenty of danger, immersive worldbuilding, and lighthearted fun.

How will character creation work

There will be a session zero for character creation, but if you want to get a jump start on creating your character, you're welcome to. We can choose to either use a traditional D&D character sheet or the adapted Dark Matter one. - Books permitted for use are PHB, DMG, Tasha’s, Xanathar’s, Monsters of the Multiverse, and Dark Matter. - Stat Creation is 27 point buy or rolled in Discord. - Create all characters at level 10. - If you want something from another resource not listed above, please ASK FIRST.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
