What I provide
I will be providing a lot of Roll20 assets, such as animated maps and tokens, as well as custom battlemaps built with Dungeondraft. In addition, the game will take part in my homebrewed world of Paralandia. I will provide enough lore and assets from the world that players are free to use in their own games.
This is a hardcore dungeon crawl designed to test players and their ability to work as a team. Many player characters have met their death in the depths of Thornblood Fortress. As there are a lot of trap inside the Thronblade Fortress, your party is going to want to be wary of where they step. While out of combat, each party member may roll one perception check for each square in their line of sight. While in combat, each party member may roll one perception check each one of their turns as an action, or use a free action but take a -2 to their AC until the beginning of their next turn. It's hard to dodge thrown rocks while checking tile colors. Session 0: We will go over what kinds of problems that the players would like to solve while at the gate, and what themes or content ought to be avoided. X, N, and 0 Cards will be sent through private message on either Discord or whispered in Roll20. There will be a break after three hours of play to stretch and use the restroom, but any player may call for a break at any time and for any reason. Once the game has concluded, I will lead a discussion over the content that was present, what went well, and what the players would like to see in the future. I have an open door policy. Any problem, question, or comment can be sent to me either publicly or privately before, during, or after the game. If you have sent me a message during the game, and it seems as if I have not noticed, you are welcome to ask during play if I would respond. No judgment or attitude here!
