Additional Details

How to prepare

Players need a mic and a Discord account to play. Battlemaps and dice rolls are executed in the Foundry VTT, so a personal computer with the Google Chrome browser is recommended. D&D Beyond is the preferred tool for character management, but I can also work with form-fillable PDFs.

What I provide

All dice rolls, handouts, and maps are distributed in the Foundry VTT. Any maps that I made under creative commons are available for download upon request. I also have custom music playlists I use for different scenarios.

Gameplay details

This adventure is a simple murder mystery, carried largely by social skill checks from characters, with ample opportunities for roleplay. This one-shot also features 2-3 full combat encounters, which include options for peaceful outcomes.

How will character creation work

Players can create their own 5th-level characters beforehand in D&D Beyond. If needed, I can assist with character creation (and I love collaborating on backstories!). Attribute Stats can be generated by Roll, Point Buy, or Standard Array. I will also have multiple pre-generated character sheets ready for anyone who needs them. Any homebrewed content has to be approved by me before play, otherwise there are no restrictions on character creation.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
