About the adventure
This oneshot is designed to help introduce new players to the game, but can also be fun for players with any level of experience. The setting is an island, and the theme is something that has gone wrong on this island, leading to the creation of weird and icky monstrosities, which the players must avoid in their dash to find the exit to this place.

How to prepare
Players will need a mic, with a webcam preferred but definitely not necessary. If the game is online, an account with Roll20 will need to be created. Players may use their own dice, a virtual dice roller, or the dice on Roll20. Character sheet needs to be submitted to the DM prior to play.
What I provide
If we are lucky enough to all live in the same area to set up the game in person, I will bring real dice and a selection of minis, as well as either a Chessex map or a projected version of the maps needed. If you describe your character to me, I will work to find a picture similar for a token to use on Roll20, or will draw out a basic representation of your character.
Gameplay details
For a oneshot, I don't usually do a session 0, but I will send out a link to my Google Doc for my personal lines and veils, as well as a safety tools survey, both of which will need to be reviewed/completed prior to play. I also welcome any questions/concerns at any time. Debriefing may occur on the call or via messages afterwards. X, N, O's will need to be messaged privately, to avoid any player feeling pressure to go along if there's an area that they're uncomfortable with.

How will character creation work
Characters may be anywhere from Level 1 to Level 5, depending on overall experience level of the players. Characters may be created via Dndbeyond, Roll20, or other outside services, but they will need to be shared beforehand. If there are new players who would like a Session 0 to walk through character creation, that's something that can absolutely be arranged! I love working with brand new players to help them understand what can sometimes be complicated concepts!
