About the adventure

Your party of amateur adventurers starts with a task from the king. Investigate the calamity effecting the countryside. The strange eight legged monster has been attacking the kingdom. Find and vanquish the beast! As the adventure unfolds we'll be moving through the Upside Down, the Real, and beyond. We'll go through the character creation process, basic rules and procedures, safety systems then we'll begin adventuring!

How to prepare

A webcam is recommended but not required. A mic and Discord account are required. If any player has purchased the Stranger Things module I'd ask that they NOT read the adventure first. Basic player handbook is recommended. Dice aren't necessary. we will be doing our rolls through Dndbeyond or roll20.

This game contains the following themes: Horror Standard D&D Violence Kidnaping I use some Rule of Cool and homebrew to make a faster paced more fun oriented experience.

How will character creation work

Characters will be created in Session Zero. Premade characters will be available. We will be using a modified point buy and DNDbeyond for character creation. The Beyond20 Chrome extension is required for rolling dice into Roll20. We will be starting at level 3. I have access to almost all the published content. Anything not already there can be acquired upon request.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
