About the adventure

Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. This game is designed to take five level 5 players about 4 hours. The adventure starts with excitement and includes roleplaying, a skill challenge, and combat. Combat will take place on a map with a grid and dynamic lighting using the rules as written from WotC. There will be music, voices, and DNDbeyond integration if you want to use your own characters. Otherwise, premade characters are already imported into the game and are easy to learn. Video and audio will be hosted through Foundry VTT. Video is not mandatory but is highly encouraged.

Gameplay details

I designed this adventure to introduce the major aspects of D&D to beginners. It is tailored to level 5 characters as that is when players really start to feel powerful in the game. The pre-generated characters have been designed for simplicity with the spells already selected and one uncommon magic item. The session will begin with character introductions and importing for those bringing their own character. You will need the Beyond 20 Chrome Extension to roll directly from DNDBeyond. Otherwise, premade characters are fully integrated into the VTT with guides on how to play the character. Once everyone has the basics down, the adventure will begin. The adventure will start with a fight. Then, the players will do some roleplaying and exploration, plan an attack, venture through some traps, navigate a skill challenge, and confront a dragon.

How will character creation work

Pre-generated Level 5 Characters include: Gloktar - Dragonborn, Oath of the Crown Paladin (Tank) Kirben - Dwarf, Life Domain Cleric (Healer) Nortle - Tortle, Greatweapon Fighter (Melee Damage) Vesper - Wood Elf, Ranger (Ranged Damage) Zorick - Human, Shadow Magic Sorcerer (Ranged Damage/Control) If you want to bring your own character, follow the below guidelines: Level 5 Any official WotC content is ok Select one uncommon magic item

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
