About the adventure

Lord Stanway Huxley, a well t' do merchant, 'n recent victim o' piracy has offered a reward fer th' return o' his stolen shipment o' rum. Every other sailor on th' isle be keen t' see it found as well. Only Captain Charles 'Cut-Throat' Camden could be behind this heist. Much can be learned o' 'im on th' local docks 'n in th' taverns. Dead Man's Cave be th' fabled trove o' th' fearsome pirate. It lies on a wee island far t' th' southwest o' this Port. In that remote, desolate patch o' sea be th' Island o' Scourge. From coast t' coast, it's one dense jungle, lad, filled wit' monsters 'n creatures o' myth. Yet those are naught, aside o'er traps 'n curses. Risin€™ out o' th' middle o' th' Island be a rocky crag carved in t' th' likeness o' a skull. Can'€™t miss it fer th' world. At th' base o' that cursed rock be Dead Man's Cave. Any who survive t' see it, will surely be rewarded wit' a vast treasure. Yet, them 'hat die may be th' lucky ones...

How to prepare

Please be prepared with a headset, this helps to separate microphone and speakers, which limits feedback and echo. Have a Discord account and know the basics of how to log in and join a new server, as we will use this for audio communication.

How will character creation work

Please have a 1st level character prepared on https://dndbeyond.com before start of game. I will try to get online an hour before game time to help answer questions and guide preparation.

Players can expect
