Under raging storm clouds, a lone figure stands silhouetted against the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. The vampire Countess Strahdanya von Zarovich stares down a sheer cliff at the village below. A cold, bitter wind spins dead leaves about her, billowing her cape in the darkness. Lightning splits the clouds overhead, casting stark white light across her. Strahdanya turns to the sky, revealing the angular muscles of her face and hands. She has a look of power—and of madness. Her once beautiful face is now contorted by a tragedy darker than the night itself. Rumbling thunder pounds the castle spires. The wind's howling increases as Strahdanya turns her gaze back to the village. Far below, yet not beyond her ken, a party of adventurers has just entered Her domain. Strahdanya's face forms a twisted smile, her eye's enlighten with interest as her dark plan begins to unfolds. She knew you were coming, who you are, and why you have come—all according to her plan. The mistress of Ravenloft, awaits you. Another lightning flash rips through the darkness, its thunder echoing through the castle's towers. But Strahdanya is gone. Only the howling of the wind—or perhaps a lone wolf—fills the midnight air. The mistress of Ravenloft is having guests for dinner, will you make it in time. This game is open to all levels of experience or lack there of. this is a fun but dark campaign with extra trauma allong the way. This game will put a lot of focus on gothic horror , You will venture the mist filled land Of barovia discovering it's secrets and trauma's along the way. working side by side as a group will you be able to break the curse that cloud's the once beautiful land of barovia or will you end up with the others before you walking the midnight ghost walk through the land forever lost, forever searching. This is an 18+ game as it has a lot of focus on the horrors of Barovia Characters will not just be faced with horrible monsters but often also be forced to make uncomfortable choices.
