About the adventure

This campaign is designed to take you through the Chrono Trigger video game, but as a party using modified 5th Edition rules. In AD 1000, the Millennial Fair has come in the Kingdom of Guardia. An inventor named Lucca has apparently created some type of advanced technology which for short ranged teleportation. Before that though, fun and games are to be had, that is until someone actually steps through Lucca's portal. What's on the other side? Only Time can tell.

How to prepare

You'll need a mic and access to Roll20 and Discord. There shouldn't be any need to get acquainted with the world beforehand. I'll have plenty of handouts for your character as well as notes for you as you progress through the game.

What I provide

Dice are not required as Roll20 has a die roller of its own. Players can absolutely use their own dice with the honor system in place. On Roll20 I'll be able to provide maps, battlemaps and creature tokens. Players should provide their own picture of their character so I can use it as a token as we go forward.

Gameplay details

Chrono Trigger is rated KA meaning it is ok for Kids and Adults alike.

How will character creation work

Characters will start at level 1 after going over their background extensively. Characters will be created on Roll20 with Discord being used for voice chat. Characters may roll for their stats at a "Session 0" or else use Standard Array (15,14,13,12,10,8) or the 27 Point Buy Method from the 5E PHB. All character sheets, any dice or additional requirements can be provided on Roll20 or Discord (both free programs).
