About the adventure

The last of the days Light flutters and dies. The Sun, defeated, cowers and hides. The Night, upon us, by the sound of a chime. Huddle close to the Fire, now is the time. In every story told in the dark, there is a shred of truth. Do you have the courage to stand up to these monsters of legend? Do you like old Folklore tales? Do you remember the first story that made you stay awake all night? We are all sitting around a campfire together (our virtual table). I want you to look over your shoulder, while you play, afraid of what might be sneaking up behind you. Accept the challenge and reap the rewards if you are strong enough to accept. The night is long, dark and full of horrors. Test your metal. Try if you dare! This is NOT for children!!! Imagine a D&D game combined with Call of Cthulhu/Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark/ and an in depth phycological thriller. I want this game to be cinematic in nature. We describe action as you would if you were watching a scene from a movie. Roleplaying and character development are a BIG DEAL here. We ALWAYS speak in character. This is a game for players who want to take a role in an old folklore tale of terror. Do NOT expect to survive.

How to prepare

You should have discord installed and be in my private server a day prior to our game(or as close as we can get). A working microphone and camera for use in discord. Email Blacksungamingpresents@gmail.com prior to our game session to work on your character sheet (the sooner the better/at least a day before our game).

What I provide

I will bring a virtual dice roller and thematic background music for your story of terror. There will be maps and pictures that can be used and viewed right through our private game discord.

How will character creation work

Characters will be created prior to our game session. We will use a slightly modified D&D 5e character sheet.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
