About the adventure
This is a devil cult busting one shot for adventurers looking to strike down some icy thieving bandits. Storm the gloomy Avatar of Levistus castle in this gothic adventure against a locally infamous tiefling who's let the power get to his head! A mysterious beguiling stranger has taken something from you and invited you to retrieve it from his castle. The gloomy castle on the cliff outside of Port Aogar has bad rumors and vibes surrounding it. Some kind of strange criminal cult has been harassing people in the port, and people keep disappearing. Can you conquer the castle? This is a Oneshot!!

How to prepare
Prepare by making a level 7 character as described below(How will character creation work)! They will need a mic and ideally everyone adds me on discord so that I can make a group chat. You need discord and a free Roll20 account to join the game. We will do dice through Roll20's dice rolling function.
What I provide
I have my prep materials and a couple drawings I've done for flavor purposes. I've premade the maps on Roll20 because I've run this game before.
Gameplay details
Session zero: For oneshots the session zero is the first 20-30 mins of the game. This is when other safety tools will be addressed as well. Lines and Veils: My lines are sexual assault and racism/sexism/homophobia/transphobia. Anything sexual at my table is veiled, and will only occur in 18+ games. Luxton Technique: If anyone has any outright triggers that they are worried might come up in the game, you can say them now. My main triggers are sexual assault and parental abuse. If something comes up that is triggering, refer to XNO XNO: Because this is an online game, I don't have physical cards. When it comes to this, you can type the letter in the roll20 chat or as a private message to me on Discord. X is for triggers and when bad things happen. When an X happens the scene stops and there is a small break. N is for when something is headed a direction you don't want it to go. This will be addressed as a scene shift or a tone shift to steer away from the topic. O is for me to check after a dark scene that everyone is OKAY! Can also be used by players during dark in character moments. Breaks can be taken as needed. I usually plan a break about halfway through the session, 10-15 mins for bathroom or getting food/drink Gameplay: Little bit of shopping prep, investigating a castle, then a big bad fight.

How will character creation work
Create level 7 characters. You can use standard array, point buy, or roll 7 4d6(drop the lowest, like if you got 4, 4, 2, 1 on a roll you would drop the 1 and have 10). Also: you get one uncommon magic item! If you want to use a homebrew you gotta show me and get approval. There's not any race or class limits for this one. You met a mysterious stranger who somehow managed to slip one of your prized possessions out of your grasp. The party does not have to know each other before hand, you have all headed to Port Aogar, the closest place to the castle.
Players can expect
- Combat/Tactics: Medium
- Roleplay: Low
