About the adventure

"The thunder holds no mercy, the reaper will pick up what's left" A city accused of stealing from a local giant lord, it comes to a party of misfits and travelers to uncover the truth and face the dangers of a magical world and hidden foes. From undercity sewers to castles in the sky, this epic adventure from levels 5 to 10 will take the world by storm with a mix of battles and a woven story between many factions. Set in a homebrew world, this game will use the D&D 5e with optional rules decided upon session 0. Expect an emphasis on telling a story and streamlining the game. With an expected 20 session count, I hope to proved a vast space for the players to write their legend in this world. Expect a traditional adventure with a main city hub, several side quests, and a deepening plot leading to a climatic fight. Let's not forget our fair share of dungeons.

How to prepare

We will be communicating within my discord server, as well as playing using the foundry VTT. I will assist in setting both up with you. Not required, but I will offer a world anvil for those with more interest in the lore or interacting with in. (!!!!!Absolutely not required!!!!!)

What I provide

I will provide maps and combat through foundry and associated plugins for a quick and tactical game. Music and sound will be done through discord by feature of Kenku FM. And a world anvil for those more interested in setting their story or character in the world, as well as watching their effect on the surrounding characters

Gameplay details

Once you have signed up, a discord link will be sent clarifying more specific rules and character creation for session. As well as set up the characters for entering the city and game as a whole to help immerse you in the fantasy. I will expect voice, video is optional. (I will not as my setup is not designed to do so). A discord account as well to get accesses to the safety tools and other useful announcements. But as a front note, my goal is to help you as a player immerse you in the story and game as possible. This is me, getting you all to tell your legend and tale for long after the session has passed. Expect a tone and story like old fantasy books, with swords and magic. A tone of danger and the passion to fight evil.

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen during session zero. With the goal of creating the best group for playing the game together. We will be starting with level 5 PCs with a point buy system. Along with extra gear based on your characters background. (We will decide this upon session 0) A note as well, there are pre generated PCs for those who want to drop in and play.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
