About the adventure

Today is the opening day of the Blue Veil Carnivalle. What is usually a day that the party looks forward to has become a day that they are dreading. A travelling merchant named Selekoth Torvinak from Darkenhaven has gone missing and was last seen with someone dressed in the motley garb of a Hanataz jester. Constable Rolf has asked these trusted townsfolk to meet him at the entrance to the Blue Veil Carnivalle to help locate this half-elf, a lore and book merchant.

What I provide

This one shot adventure include some of the handouts, portraits, and other resources of Ch1: The Darkest Dream of the Red Star Rising Campaign. It could even be used as a prequel one shot that uses the townsfolk pre-gens to wet the appetite for a longer campaign in the world of Zyathe'. There are no spoilers in this adventure that would influence playing The Darkest Dream. However, it is best if the players know that they are not going to continue playing townsfolk if they choose to begin The Darkest Dream.

How will character creation work

I have pregens available who are from the town of Nevermore with back stories to match the setting for this one-shot. Character selection will be the first thing we do as the game starts.
