About the adventure
Somewhere under a lost and lonely hill lies a labyrinthine crypt. It is filled with terrible traps and ferocious monsters, but most of all - the richest of treasures hidden in the deepest parts of the tomb. (It may also be haunted by a demi-lich, but that's all hearsay!) As your team sets out to conquer this loot, there's only one question: Can 30 kobolds survive the Tomb of Horrors in 4 (and ½) hours? ----- ⚠️ Tomb of Horrors is an iconic and highly lethal adventure module created in 1975 by Gary Gygax. Gary wrote it for tournament play, but also as a dungeon to humble overconfident high-level players who could "best any challenge." Any veteran who's played TOH will summarize it as "the deadliest- and a classic." We will be playing the infamous Tomb of Horrors in all of its intended horror as a oneshot, with a max time of 4 ½ hours. 30 pre-generated level 5 kobolds will be selected in a pool. And we will be honoring the original AD&D experience - very few saving throws, no investigation checks, and no death saves. WARNING: Tomb of Horrors is a MEATGRINDER. These kobolds WILL DIE, and there is very little roleplay. The fun is discovering how far your team can make it within the time limit.

Hello! I'm Dallas. I've been a Dungeon Master for 6 years, but I've been roleplaying before I even knew what to call it. If I wasn't creating my own Original Characters (OCs), I was taking 2014 fandoms and text-RPing back and forth online. Playing make-believe has been my second language for a long time. I love the creativity that being a DM provides. Prepping maps, minis, and music playlists will never get tiring to me. Creating your character
Don't worry about making any character sheets; I have created 30 pre-generated level 5 kobold Player Characters, which the whole group will pick from as a "pool" of characters. Every kobold has a unique subclass (usually the most viable or well 'liked' ones), pre-selected spells, average health, and Standard Array ability scores that are almost min-maxxing. They are made in PDFs and will be shared via GDrive.

Preparing for the session
We will use Discord for voice chat, and a link to the server will be sent upon sign-up. Please join the Discord at least a few hours before the session, and have a microphone and web browser ready for Owlbear Rodeo (which does not need an account!)
