About the adventure
Saint Baldwin's Arcane University is the top-ranking school for upcoming heroes. Some of the world's most notable heroes graduated from its very halls. However, elite training is not cheap, and student debt haunts alumni more than any lich could dream. The university does offer a chance at financial aid, for those who prove themselves to be of notable skill. Club Day, is a ceremony to kick off each semester. A day where students who choose to participate are put together in groups and must face off against several of the school's most prodigious clubs. Being the first to beat three of these clubs in combat will reward that group with the key to a document granting each member 1 million gold worth of school cash (EACH). What is up! My name is Lee, and I was born a nerd. Comics, Video Games, Movies, and Books, I've always loved fantasy in all its forms. I got into Dungeons and Dragons just months before Baldur's Gate 3 came out, and after putting in over 2000 hours, I dove into the tabletop game fully. I've been playing in several games a week since then, until I recently decided to try my hand at DMing. I've been periodically DMing for personal friends since January of 2025, and now I want to open my absolutely wild, bizarre, grimdark, hope-filled but not too hope-filled world to others seeking high-level Dungeons & Dragons games.

Creating your character
Characters will be level 20. Stats MUST be rolled in the Discord server. Players will roll twice, making sure they have two options that are a minimum of 73, and may take either choice. Players may also use Point Buy. Official 2024 and 3rd-party race/class combos available on D&D Beyond is permitted with several exceptions. Join the Discord for full character creation guidelines.

Homebrew rules
I prioritize Rule of Cool. We are here to tell a story. Casters needn't worry about components unless it has a specified gold value. Feel free to ask if you intend on using such spells. SUPER ADVANTAGE/SUPER DISADVANTAGE In cases where players or hostiles are affected by several negative status effects (i.e., Frightened, Paralyzed, Stunned, Grappled), attacks rolled against them may have super advantage (Rolling three times). The creature affected by these several status effects may also have super disadvantage on their attack rolls (If they are still able to attack). ROLLING A NAT 20 ON A DEATH SAVING THROW If a player rolls a critical success on a death saving throw, they immediately regain consciousness and regain hit points equal to their level. How Lee creates a safe table
I want to keep this game fun and lighthearted. To ensure everyone is having the best time they can, I maintain an open-door policy. If you become uncomfortable with something that has occurred in-game, players are more than encouraged to send me a message on Discord and if needed we can pause the game to resolve the issue. We will also be quickly going over lines and veils at the start of the session as well as content warnings. We have X, N, & O cards available on DnD Beyond for players to immediately utilize.
