About the adventure
Byrdesse is an ancient island inhabited by all manner of giants, behemoths, and prehistoric creatures, a great place to experience dealing with humongous threats, such as dinosaurs, monstrosities, and of course, giants. Despite the danger, there are many settlements of "common folk." Among them, Mazînheim is the largest, though it remains merely a village, which opens up the option of playing anything you want without restrictions to giant-related species. I insist you play what you love. Inhabited by a mixed population, the village lies between the territories of the island's two most powerful giant clans: Stigsverd, the Storm Giants, and Ildrang, the Fire Giants. With the two clans on the brink of war, Mazînheim risks being caught in the crossfire. Which means you must stop them, or help one of them, or destroy everything! Pick your side (or no side, or any side!) and solve everything with the Strength of your fists, or the Charisma of your words.

About me
Hi, the name's Emanuele. I've been GM-ing for almost 9 years, same amount of time I've been a player. I've started turning this into a job about 1 year ago. I've been working at festivals and various cons, always at D&D's official stands, and also for various parties that reached out to me through local stores and game areas. I do admit I'm limited, as I've always only played D&D. I don't know if there's anything else I should be saying regarding my personal life, I do work in the entertainment field, outside of GM-ing, so I'm at ease with all sorts of people, regardless of where we play, online or live. I hope I haven't bored you and have a great day whoever is reading this.

What Axe-Armed Kobold brings to the table
Expect characters with different characterizations, maybe even different voices. Expect both roleplay and tactical combats. Don't expect rule of cool, if not sporadically.
Homebrew rules
Actions for Potions: Drinking a Potion of Healing requires a Bonus Action. If you use an Action instead, you do not roll to regain Hit Points; instead, you regain the maximum possible amount. Alternative Critical: When you land a Critical Hit, you can choose to forgo the extra damage dice and instead strike a specific part of the target's body, damaging it permanently. Magic Exhaustion: A spellcaster can cast a spell of level 1 or higher even if they have exhausted their spell slots. To do so, they draw upon their personal energy reserves to cast the spell. You gain one level of Exhaustion for each spell of level 1 or higher that you cast. The level of exhaustion increases by 1 for every spell level above 1.
