About the adventure
Follow the trail of a rich delinquent through raves, drug dens, combat sports -- into the very underbelly of Aztlan! Cover up your own tracks as someone or something starts tracking you in turn! Enjoy the glory of the world-famous Blood Games... or die trying, (brought to you by AzTech, broadcasted worldwide in partnership with NeoNet). Bright sunshine, hot suntans, ocean breezes, strong Tequila: the perfect vacation, only slightly marred by gang warfare and nefarious megacorp plots. --- In this beginner-friendly Shadowrun Anarchy 2.0 adventure, you and your fellow Shadowrunners are hired to track down a wayward megacorp scion. It was supposed to be easy money, but what begins as a simple case of tracking down an overconfident party boy soon takes you on a rollercoaster ride through high-octane shoot-outs, tense negotiations, and secrets far too grandiose for your pay to cover. It'll take all of your team's hacking, magic, and combat skill to get through this in one piece -- but if you do come through, the street cred that you'll build and the allies that you'll meet along the way will surely make it all worth it! --- Shadowrun Anarchy 2.0 is a modern, streamlined take on Shadowrun that keeps plenty of room for character customization and advancement while putting player agency and creativity front and center. Sink yourself into the rich lore and the heart-pumping action without the need for hundreds of convoluted books and errata, and enjoy narrative-first action that lets flavor and roleplay influence the mechanics of the game!

About me
I specialize in modern and futuristic settings -- often cynical, dog-eat-dog worlds with oppressive institutions. But, while the occasional 'cash is king' mercenary story is fun, my most memorable campaigns are made by players who refuse to be another cog in the system. Together with you, I want to create stories about rage against the machine, compassion when it is least expected, and putting everything on the line to make a change. 'Think you got what it takes, kid? Let's get fixing.' I've been GMing for over a decade, and every session my players continue to surprise me with their ingenuity (or sometimes lack thereof :P). I run a variety of rulesets, primarily as long-form, character-driven campaigns; for the rare pre-written campaign that I do run, I always ensure to include some extra twists and PC connections. ๐ต๏ธ I am always open to developing a new campaign in modern, post-apoc, or futuristic settings. I also have a flexible schedule, and can comfortably cover US, EU, and APAC timezones. If you're looking for a unique experience, let's talk! ๐ต๏ธ

Creating your character
๐ Everything you need: All materials necessary to prepare your character and play will be provided through the campaign Discord. ๐ค Build together: We'll discuss character concepts, connections, and ideas on Discord before the game, then finalize specific builds during Session 0. ๐ Need a hand? I'll happily walk individual players through character creation outside scheduled session time at no additional cost.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
๐ฌ A Discord account is required for sessions and between-session comms. ๐ฒ Hosted on Foundry VTT; no purchase or registration needed for players. ๐๏ธ A dedicated microphone is highly recommended. ๐ท Cameras are optional, but not required. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ Above all, a desire to engage with the story, your character, and the other players.
What Fixer Victor brings to the table
๐ Learn by Doing I'll ease the group into Shadowrun Anarchy's core mechanics through play, explaining things as they come up and answering questions along the way. ๐จ High Production Value Each session is meticulously prepared with atmospheric visuals, custom tokens, battlemaps, and carefully curated music playlists. ๐ช Dynamic Content While there is a central campaign objective, you're free to devise your own approaches, pursue side opportunities, and take the story in unexpected directions. The ultimate conclusion will be shaped by your actions. ๐๏ธ NPC Voice Acting Key NPCs are brought to life with unique -- if occasionally mediocre -- accents and/or voice effects. ๐ Long-Term Play If the group wants more after the campaign, players can continue into a more character-driven, sandbox-style follow-up campaign.

How Fixer Victor creates a safe table
I strive to make all of my tables a welcoming, inclusive space where players from all walks of life can be themselves and have a good time. Beyond playing a game together, I hope to help folks build real, lasting friendships. It is always completely okay to call for a pause or step away for a time. We will also establish Lines & Veils together during session 0, and those can always be clarified, adjusted, or updated as campaign progresses. An anonymized X-card is available at all times through the VTT during play to fade to black or skip uncomfortable moments without explanation. Each session will end with a quick debrief. There's also plenty of time to unwind and banter if desired.
