About the adventure

The sky above turns the color of a bruised plum, then fades into a pitch black that swallows the stars. A thick, unnatural fog rolls across your boots, smelling of damp earth and old rot. When the mist clears, the warm road you were walking on has vanished, replaced by a jagged dirt path winding through a silent, dead forest. Twisted trees claw like skeletal hands at a pale, weeping moon. Far off in the distance, cutting through the heavy chill that sinks straight to your bones, a lone wolf howls—not with the wild joy of the hunt, but with a sharp, human-like agony. High above the jagged peaks of the valley, a colossal silhouette of stone and shadow scowls down at the earth. Castle Ravenloft looms.
