About the adventure
Starfighting, Supercharged Racing, Giant Robots, Dangerous Aliens, Interstellar Species choices, and reimagined Classes that fit a Sci-Fi theme; this is a game for those who want a little more than the standard fantasy setting of D&D. Drawing inspiration from legendary Sci-Fi Films, retro Video Games, classic Animation, pop-culture Nostalgia, and more. Launch into a space adventure in a colorfully cosmic galaxy called the Stardust Rhapsody and suit up with an astral arsenal of Player Options to soar among the stars! This game is done solely using PDF editable character sheets and current playtest material and as such it will be constantly changing and updating rules as new editions of rules are changed by the Legends of Avantris team, so don't get too comfortable with any of the options in the setting as they are subject to change.

About me
I am a non-practicing white man that is a feminist and father. I believe everyone deserves rights and wont tolerate hate or disrespect to anyone at the table. I have been playing ttrpgs for 15 years and running them for at least 10. I want to be able to provide everyone with a chance to play and love having new players at my table so I can share this great experience with them! I have the most knowledge about D&D, but love to branch out and play all sorts of games!

Creating your character
Characters start at level 5 and will be made during session 0 in Roll20. All books that can be used will be provided in Roll20.
The goal of this game is to play a fun, space opera-themed game with action, adventure, drama, intrigue, and/or whatever else the party wants to enjoy while providing playtest review to the Legends of Avantris team. The reason this is a west marches style game is to allow the GM to tailor the adventures to the party in episodic arcs and play around with the lore that has been developed for the setting.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a Roll20 account and Discord for audio, both servers will be provided when you sign up.
What RoguishGM brings to the table
I enjoy using fun voices and use Jocky Music in Discord to provide ambience. I enjoy fun combats that feel cinematic and will stretch the rules to do the cool thing as long as it's not implausible and breaks the game. As long as we are all adults and treat each other with respect, both in actions and in time, we will get along swimmingly.
Homebrew rules
as this is playtest for the setting, we are playing RAW.
