About the adventure
Fight for survival in the shadows of the Berlin sprawl! It's been almost a decade since the megacorps used the excuse of a terrorist nano attack to take control of the remaining anarchist districts. Since then you've tried just living your life free with the gangs of the city, but squatting in a burned out building just isn't going to cut it anymore. Tired of all the risk, but no reward? The shadows beckon, omae! It's time to get paid. ⌬ Learn to navigate the shadows, or get fragged trying! ⌬ Fight your way through a custom campaign that reacts to your decisions, the jobs you take, the jobs you don't, who you know and who you ignore. ⌬ Shatter expectations by surviving the climb from ganger to prime runner. ⌬ Claws crawl in the shadows! You never know who, or what, else is trying to survive in the dark. Shadowrun Anarchy 2.0 is the newest, rules-lighter version of the Shadowrun RPG. It combines a little bit of the crunch of the core systems, strong character customization, and much faster, cinematic game play, putting story front and centre and kicking the pace into overdrive! It's easy to learn, highly customizable, and I'm really excited to teach it!

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hey folks! I'm Pete, known online as StenBjorn! I run Stone Bear Crafting and Games, a business dedicated to painting miniatures, 3d printing, building terrain, writing adventures, and helping customers have an awesome gaming experience! I've been playing D&D since family introduced me to the game in the late 80s. I have played and Game Mastered through a multitude of editions, learned other game systems, and never stopped loving storytelling through games, and hanging out with cool people! It is very important to me that everyone is welcome at my table. I'm happy to teach and believe learning is constant, and that when we're sitting at the table, we're all working together as a team. In that spirit, I don't tolerate bigotry of any sort. I want my games to be a safe space for group fun and growth and amazing storytelling! I do not use generative AI in any of my games or productions, however I have not yet stopped players from using it for images.

Creating your character
We're using standard Anarchy 2.0 character creation at the Ganger level(¥300,000, no attributes at max, max skill rating 4, max risk reduction 1), but we'll finish creation as a team! Bring 2 or 3 concepts to the table and we'll finish hammering out the details together!
Campaign is just getting started, aiming for an October 3rd session 0!

How Pete - StenBjorn creates a safe table
I expect players at my table to respect each other, the story, and me. We will be working together to explore characters and tell a story. Optimization of your character is fine, but if math is the main attraction of the game for you, my table may not be what you’re looking for. I treat RPGs not as games to be won, but experiences to be built. I enjoy challenging combats and will throw them your way, but they have to serve the story. My games are for a mature audience, and I swear like a pirate when it’s appropriate(in character). I welcome anyone to chat about expectations, but I do aim for an adult game, and as these games are fantasy/sci-fi, there will be conflict and violence and raised voices. I use the X(red), N(yellow), and O(green) card system during game play. This functions through Foundry with the /whisper gm command and as a module. No explanation is needed when these are used. Before we start I will also be asking everyone to fill out the Digital RPG Consent Checklist by Kienna Shaw and Lauren Bryant-Monk(Adapted from Monte Cook Games), which I adapt into a living lines and veils doc, available during play. I have a zero tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any sort, including race, creed, colour, gender, sexual orientation, etc. I(the GM) reserve the right to remove a player immediately if they are in violation of this rule.
