About the adventure
The Franchise Wars is a comedic corporate-fantasy campaign for D&D 5e, levels 1 to 20. Think dungeon crawls under a drive-thru, dragons on a board of directors, and memos that make eldritch horror sound like a scheduling issue. The age of the independent tavern is over. Coffee comes from wizarding conglomerates, inns run on loyalty schemes, and the night shift is staffed by the dead. When something in a franchise goes badly wrong — and it always does — they hire contractors. You are those contractors. You signed with QuestRabbit Adventuring Solutions, who take thirty per cent and mean well. Over twenty levels you'll chase a missing mascot who won't stay dead, negotiate with a union of invisible servants, testify at a trademark hearing over the word healing, and open a door in a cellar that isn't on the floor plan. You'll climb from Copper contracts to the Black Card, and your customer rating will climb with you. Everyone says five stars is the goal. Nobody has told you what five stars is for. Tone: funny first, then slowly not. The jokes are aimed at Corporate, never at the person behind the counter. What you'll do: take contracts from 68 parody franchises, choose which corporations to help, rob or ruin, and build a reputation the whole city trust. What you'll fight: oozes, liches, devils, & rival contractors. What you'll need: a willingness to read the fine print and to make promises nothing can enforce. Corporate absurdity and parody of fantasy tropes Dungeon delving, rival firms, and mysterious clients Internal HR nightmares and possibly eldritch outsourcing Your mission? Grow your brand. Expand your territory. Don't die (too much). And never forget to file your quarterly reports.

How Pacts & Polyhedrals - Asmo creates a safe table
Acquisitions Incorporated 5E Campaign Tone: Absurd bureaucracy meets classic dungeon crawling. Think The Office + The Hobbit. 💼 Campaign Description The realms are in peril. But more importantly… the brand is at risk. You're not just adventurers—you’re entry-level franchisees for the most (in)famous adventuring corporation in the multiverse: Acquisitions Incorporated. With clipboard in one hand and sword in the other, you're tasked with building your own franchise out of Waterdeep, taking on quests, crushing rivals, collecting revenue streams, and maybe saving the world (if there’s time). Filled with: Corporate absurdity and parody of fantasy tropes Dungeon delving, rival firms, and mysterious clients Internal HR nightmares and possibly eldritch outsourcing Your mission? Grow your brand. Expand your territory. Don't die (too much). And never forget to file your quarterly reports.
