About the adventure

The invasion has begun. A massive evil force has descended upon Earth, destroying its communication systems and cutting it off from the rest of the galaxy. Though over thirty Ranger teams scramble to repel the invasion, their efforts simply aren’t enough, and it’s only a matter of time before our home planet is taken over. Desperate for a solution, Zordon and Alpha flee Earth, teleporting five overbearing and overemotional humans with him. Their mission is to scour the galaxy and rescue captured allies, search for new weapons and Zords, and return to Earth with the firepower to liberate Earth from the forces of evil. Power Rangers: Cosmic Cantata is an alternate timeline from the existing Power Rangers properties with more similarities than differences. From Mighty Morphin' to Dino Fury, meet legendary Rangers and allies, soar across the galaxy and multiverse, and fight for your planet as you draw power from the source of life itself.

About me

The number one rule of tabletop RPGs is simple: "Everyone should be having fun." That philosophy guides every game I run. Whether it’s diving into epic battles, solving mysteries, or roleplaying your heart out, my goal is to ensure we’re all enjoying the adventure together. So let’s roll some dice and make it happen! As a narratively-focused GM, I specialize in crafting worlds that respond to player backstories. I love creating memorable NPCs, engaging missions, and opportunities for character-driven storytelling. Collaboration is key: I’m always excited to work with players to weave their characters into the fabric of the world and develop arcs that will be talked about long after the final session. I also love my special effects - I edit loops of music for optional background use, create custom tokens, and utilize scenes, maps, and animation to help draw players into the story. Most of my games contain slightly less combat than is the average, but I'm more than happy to bring the game to fisticuffs more often if that's what the players enjoy. When I’m not running games, I’m reading books, watching videos, or otherwise expanding my knowledge of TTRPGs to keep evolving my style. My sessions are organically planned, focusing on story and player agency. While combat isn’t always guaranteed, I’m happy to adjust its frequency to fit the group’s preferences. A TTRPG isn’t defined by its Game Master — it’s defined by the collaboration of everyone playing, GM included. The world we create is ours to shape together. So, grab your dice, bring your imagination, and let’s tell the next unforgettable story in gaming!

Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation will happen during Session Zero, whether as a group or individually in the case of those who sign up after the first session. Only core colors are permitted (for now).

The current party

Looking for a Ranger team of 3-5 organisms with attitude who are down for a superpowered spy drama.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Once you sign up, you should receive a link to the Burn My Dice Discord server. Once there, you'll receive more instructions, and you'll be directed to open a Quest Portal account if you haven't already.

What Gear brings to the table

Virtual Tabletop & Character Sheets: Quest Portal Communication: Discord server Some Quest Portal scenes will contain ambient music. This feature can be disabled by the player if they wish. Rule of Cool tends to rule around here, but the rules themselves are important, too. But creativity is rewarded, so you can abide by the rules but still outshine and prove. Humor is great, too! Let's build a bizarre world together.

How Gear creates a safe table

Session Zero will focus on character creation, Lines and Veils, as well as discussions regarding what is expected from myself as the GM, and from you as a player. My door in Discord is always open if you have questions, concerns, or ideas.
