They just screech in pain.” -Werner Herzog Mannusport was established to reap the shoreline of Lustria of valuable coal, silver, and gold. Tucked away between mountains, seaside cliffs, and treacherous waters this jungle hellscape is just out of reach of the greater trade lanes. Mannus is even out of the way of the greater Lizardmen kingdoms, who see it as a land beyond the hills. That isn't to say it is not inhabited. Lizardmen of the Ohaxa tribal cult inhabit this place. They have their own Slann and their own direction from the one true God. At the tip of Point Fenwall is a high elf fort, awaiting secret orders privy to no mere human man. Within the mountains are a nefarious clan of Skaven, who's identity and plans remain as mysterious as their exact location. This doesn't even begin to mention the beasts, birds, and bugs that live here in Mannus. The one thing that doesn't live here anymore is Man. The colony of Mannusport has been abandoned, and no one in the Empire or its colonies knows why. A special delegation has been sent to re-settle the land and find out what happened to cause the residents of Mannusport to disappear. Will this group of colonizers come in better prepared and aptly weary- or will they fall to the same mistakes or their predecessors. Is it possible- that no civilized man was ever meant to set foot here?
