About the adventure
Your beloved city of the great holy city of Elturel falls victim to the schemes of devils! The only way you can bring salvation is to descend into Avernus, the fiery wasteland of the hells. Will you overcome the evil landscape to save your people? If you fail, not only are they all lost, but the magnificent city of Baldur's Gate will face a damning fate, too! WHAT'S THIS GAME ABOUT? You'll confront many fiends, some willing to strike a deal, and some who want your soul. You shall even ride upon war machines in the style of Mad Max. ⭐ In this Adventure, you start at LEVEL 3 with 1 Uncommon Magic Item. You can create your character ahead of time, if you want. We will go over Character Creation and Foundry VTT Instructions in Session 0 or a PAID (half session price) 30 minute call if you are joining after Session 0. https://calendly.com/ryansdnd/30min All official book content is allowed - but use 2024 Versions of anything that has a 2024 equivalent (no "updating" legacy/old content to modern). 🎲 Why play with me? I've run over 1,000 D&D games, and my goal isn't simply to run the adventure as written but to give you a unique experience. I use Foundry VTT, animated effects, automated mechanics, music, sound effects, maps, handouts, and custom material to make the world feel alive. Not just an online alternative, it's a unique experience. More importantly, your characters matter. I want to know what motivates your character, what they care about, and what kind of story you want to tell. This influences what happens in the story to make to more personal and immersive.
