About the adventure
Elturel has fallen, no one truly knows why, but the survivors say it was pulled into the hells themselves, leaving only a massive crater in it's wake. Refugees from the holy city now flood the long standing rival of Baldur's Gate, their tales no fueling speculation that it will be next, raising tensions and creating mass civil unrest. The Flaming Fist, a mercenary army that keep the peace in the city find themselves without a leader and struggle to quell the populous and are now drafting would-be adventurers to help with other issues in the city. You few, as green and unfamiliar with each other as you may be, have been grouped by your local adventurers guild to heed the call of one Captain Darmin Zodge of the Flaming fist to track down cultists who are thriving in the disarray, your job? to find them, and destroy them... Alas, little do you know of the terrifying path this one simple task will lead you down...

About me
Hey all! I am Kris also known as Wriz. I have been playing D&D for 10 years 8 of which as a DM. I was first introduced to this awesome game by a fantastic group of friends (who I still play with every thursday!), but like many latecomers to the game, I became inspired by the likes of Critical Role and Dimension20, and I am so happy I stumbled across them as D&D is now a full fledged addiction for me. I strive to bring several things to my games. - Making your backstory matter - Your actions affect the world, permanently - Crafting unique NPCs that you want to revisit and interact with - Rewarding great play and innovation - LOOT The best thing about D&D and TTRPGs in general is that the players make the story. There is always an end goal, but how you get there is up to you, and no matter how you and your group decide to get there, its my job to facilitate that adventure in the best way I can. If you think that sounds like something you would enjoy, drop me a message or join in one of my sessions.

Creating your character
Character Creation will happen in D&D, we will finalise world details during session 0 and complete all character creation the week prior to session 1. I will work with you 1 to 1 to create a hook that makes sense for the campaign, and give guidance on what will give you the best experience possible. Characters start at level 1 and we will decide on stat generation in session 0.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need the following accounts: Discord Roll20.net dndbeyond.com On joining the game I will provide a link to my discord server for you.
