Creating your character

🔹 We’ll start with a free Session 0, where we’ll take the time to create characters together and get everyone set up in Foundry. You’re welcome to bring a character concept in advance, or we can talk about ideas together in Discord before Session 0. 🔹 We’ll be using the Pathfinder Remaster rules. The free Player’s Guide for this campaign was written before the Remaster, so while it’s still useful for guidance on ancestries, classes, and backgrounds, a few names and recommendations may not perfectly line up with the updated rules. 🔹 Characters can be created using any of the native ancestries from the Indigo Isles World Guide or the standard common ancestries from Pathfinder. While the locals might see some ancestries less often than others, all of these options fit naturally into the setting. Preparing for the session

Make sure you have access to Discord and that your voice chat is working (using the Discord client app is strongly recommended). You’ll also need a web browser that meets the Foundry VTT requirements.

What Neutromancer brings to the table

I provide a dedicated Foundry VTT server with the premium Jewel of the Indigo Isles adventure module, which includes all the maps, tokens, dynamic lighting, and environmental sounds needed to run the campaign. On top of that, I enhance the experience with additional community modules and extras such as background music, combat effects, and animations. Voice chat and between-session discussion will be handled through Discord. We’ll also start with a free Session 0 to set up characters, go over rules, and make sure everyone is comfortable before diving in.

Homebrew rules

We’ll be using Gradual Ability Boosts, so instead of applying four boosts all at once, you’ll gain them one at a time as you level up.

How Neutromancer creates a safe table

We’ll be using safety tools such as lines and veils, open discussion, and the X-card so everyone has a way to flag if something crosses a boundary. I take these seriously and will adjust as needed if concerns come up.
