About the adventure
It is a time of turmoil in Golarion. Cheliax, long a recognised power in Avistan, faces a dire threat: the rise of post-revolutionary Galt, now one of the most formidable military powers Golarion has ever seen. Within the nation’s borders clerics and druids are relentlessly hunted by a bloody-minded Inquisition. In the sleepy Chelish village of Diamond Lake, a wild-eyed astrologer has seen something even more troubling: a comet that some believe to be the Great Wyrm, a harbinger for the phrophesized return of Groetus, when the God of the End Times will bring about an Age of Worms and the end of all things.

About me
G'day! My name is Chris and I have been DMing games of Dungeons & Dragons for 26 years. I am a professional GameMaster running 40+ hours of PF1e and PF2e every week, with more than 50 paying customers spread across ten weekly campaigns. Not only do I have a pro subscription on Roll20, but I also own every available Roll20 resource for D&D 5e. I also own five Foundry VTT licenses with Forge hosting. Additionally, I have an extensive collection of tokens, a massive collection of high-quality battle maps, custom status tokens, a Syrinscape subscription, a private Discord server with a thriving community of more than 70 players, and a truly colossal collection of third-party reference materials (over 1,000 titles).

Preparing for the session
You'll need a Discord account and a Foundry account.
What Chris brings to the table
I'm a story-first kind of DM. I do not believe in an adversarial relationship between myself and my players and like to work with the group to conjure the best possible story experience. We'll be working together to tell a story, and while there will be challenges thrown in front of you that you should absolutely prepare for, I do not want the game to devolve into a GM vs. players fiasco that makes the game unfun for anybody. I love challenging my players with unique combats and scenarios, but I am also a big fan of roleplay and character development. I want to work with you to have ghosts from your past come back to haunt you or to engineer unique character moments for you to undertake alongside your allies. Put simply, I'm a story first, combat/puzzles/traps second, and min-maxing a distant last kind of guy. If that doesn't sound like you, chances are you aren't going to enjoy this style of game. ------------
