About the adventure
On the day of a large solar storm you find yourself scrolling through Youtube (or TikTok) when you find a strange video showing two strange creatures emerging from a computer screen before fighting each other. It's like something out of an anime or Godzilla movie. Then the screen goes glitchy, the solar storm begins and your phone begins to glow. You get sucked into the screen and find yourself with people you've never met in a strange land. Strange little talking monsters that call themselves Digimon are with you claiming to be here to protect you. Now working together with your new allies and your digimon partner you must find a way back home

About me
I've been GMing for awhile, maybe 2-ish decades? I'm not exactly sure on the math but I got my start when I saw the ItsmeJP youtube channel host Swan Song and learned that Roll20 existed. I'd always enjoyed forum play-by-post RPing but gaming in person was beyond my ability due to nobody in the small town in northern Minnesota where I lived being interested. I moved from system to system and slowly learned how much I enjoyed GMing and I've been doing it ever since.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Games will be run via Discord and Roll20 Please consider the following while deciding on if you wish to join and your character as it will make running Session 0 A lot smoother: How should we do Digimon and Human pairings? there are several options: 1.) YOu create both your partner digimon and your tamer, and when you are roleplaying with one or the other I (the GM) will take over your partner in roleplay 2.) PCs partner up to form teams with one human and one Digimon per team, the GM making NPCs to fill in any spots left by an odd number of players 3.) All humans are NPCs of the PC digimon
What CJ "Rusty" brings to the table
I have over a decade of experience running M&M 3e, and tend to use the Rule of Cool generally. I've done a lot of homebrewing and tweaking around the edges to make a digimon game work in this system as well
Homebrew rules
Outside of all the specfic character creation tweaks I've done for this game: All. All Humans get a free Digidestined point to be used for digivolving (also acts as luck) There are homebrew movement rules in combat as well and homebrew Knockback rules
