About the adventure

The sky turned violet three months ago. Nobody knows how much time is left — the scholars say one year before the world's Aether, the invisible force sustaining all magic and life, collapses entirely. The culprit is a celestial parasite anchored in the upper atmosphere. The solution, according to the High Magitech Council, is five ancient Aetheric Siphons scattered across the continent. Activate them, save the world. Simple mission. The Council forgot to mention what the Siphons actually do. The Resonance of the Dying Star is a 12–16 session Fabula Ultima campaign running Thursdays 11 am EST. It's built around anime-scaled power, emotionally grounded stakes, and a mystery that gets more uncomfortable the closer you get to the answer. The world is ending. The people trying to stop it might not be the heroes. You might not be either — and that's what makes it interesting.

About me

Hi there! I’m Teron, an entrepreneur, author, and digital artist with a lifelong passion for immersive storytelling. When I’m not building apps at Mana Core Labs or designing anime apparel for WeebGear, I’m usually lost in a world of high-stakes adventure and tactical combat. I believe a great game is a blend of tight mechanics and collaborative narrative. My background in publishing and art means I put a heavy emphasis on world-building and visual flair, ensuring that every session feels like a chapter in a collaborative epic. Experience as a GM I’ve spent considerable time behind the screen, specializing in creating structured yet flexible environments for my players. Whether I’m running a gritty tactical encounter or a high-fantasy social gala, my goal is always the same: Player Agency. I love it when players throw me a curveball that changes the course of the world. I’m experienced in managing both long-form campaigns and fast-paced "one-shots," and I pride myself on maintaining a fair, inclusive, and safe table for everyone. Experience with Tabletop Games My TTRPG journey is rooted in a love for systems that offer both depth and style. While I’m well-versed in the classics like Dungeons & Dragons 5e, I have a particular affinity for Fabula Ultima and its "TTJRPG" aesthetic. I grew up on a steady diet of anime, manga, and PC gaming, which heavily influences the cinematic "rule of cool" style I bring to the table. If you're looking for a GM who understands the balance

Character creation

Creating your character

Characters are created during a free Session Zero held before Session 1. We build collaboratively, in voice, on Discord. I provide before Session Zero: - Homebrew documentation for the Custom Classes, fully written, not crunchy

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You'll need: 1. **Discord account** — I'll add you to the campaign server after booking. The server hosts session voice channels, between-session roleplay channels, character art, and a countdown tracker channel where the state of Orosia's unraveling is posted after each session. 2. **Google Drive access** — I share a campaign folder containing your character sheets, homebrew class documentation, the Fabula Ultima quick reference, Anchor and faction briefs, NPC art, and downloadable maps. You don't need a Google account to view — anyone with the link can access — but a Google account makes commenting and live-editing easier. 3. **A working microphone and reliable internet.** Video is preferred but not required. Many players play with video off — what matters is voice clarity. 4. **The Fabula Ultima core rulebook** (I will Provide). 5. **A note-taking system that works for you.** Google Docs, Obsidian, paper, whatever. This campaign has weight; players who track NPCs, Anchor relationships, and the countdown clock get a richer experience. That's it. No Roll20, no Foundry, no D&D Beyond, no third-party VTT setup. We run on Discord with voice and video. I'll send a campaign Discord invite within 24 hours of you booking. The pre-Session-Zero questionnaire goes out the same day.

What Teron brings to the table

I run Fabula Ultima with a full suite of custom anime-inspired homebrew classes built specifically for this system — 12 classes available to players, each designed to let you play the anime archetype you've always wanted at the TTRPG table. Demon Slayer, Shadow Sovereign, Jinchuriki, Sage, Spirit Detective, Celestial Guardian, and more — fully playtested and balanced for Fabula Ultima's action economy. Every session includes: custom encounter design built around your specific party composition, spotlight moments where each player's class gets to do what it's built to do, and a 24-hour recap posted to Discord after each session so nothing gets lost between weeks. I run with music, I run with maps, and I run with a bias toward "yes, and" over "no, but." If you have an idea for something your character would try, we'll find a way to make it meaningful.

Safety

How Teron creates a safe table

I run mature games and player safety is non-negotiable. Every table starts with a Session 0 so we can align on tone, expectations, and boundaries before play begins. I keep a living Lines and Veils document that players can update anytime, no explanation required. At the end of each session, we close out with a round of Stars and Wishes so everyone can share what they loved and what they'd like to see more of going forward. If something at the table isn't working, we talk about it directly. The story serves the players, not the other way around.
