About me
While I was looking for an activity to spend time with my family, especially my sons, that was away from electronics we stumbled upon this wonderful new hobby of TTRPGs. Initially the rules seemed intimidating but, with a bit of research and some helpful advice I began writing my own Homebrew adventures and now I'm hooked on writing, reading and adapting stories for groups. Typically, I DM for groups of 4-6 in person but I would like to expand this to include online resources. My passion is for families and relationships to grow through overcoming challenges and learning to communicate through collective storytelling and common interests. I know that building that bond with kids can be difficult for parents and my hope is to foster an easy, fun and exciting way to strengthen a family bond, and make new friends along the adventure. All are welcome to join, however, to encourage those whom I have a passion for teaching, my intent is to provide **FREE GM SERVICES** IF YOU MEET ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PREREQUISITES - FULL HOUSEHOLD FAMILY UNIT (EX. HUSBAND, WIFE & CHILDREN; MARRIED COUPLES) - FOSTER PARENTS/CHILDREN (IT TAKES A SPECIAL PERSON TO WELCOME PEOPLE INTO THEIR HOMES AND PROVIDE CARE. Creating your character
Well, that's the question, isn't it? Before this session, I ask only that you please consider the following and write answers to the following questions. There is no "WRONG or RIGHT" answer, just honest ones. 😊 1. What is your D&D experience level? 2. Are you familiar with RPG (role playing games) in any format including video games (Baulders Gate 3, The Witcher, Skyrim) or literature (Dungeon Crawler Carl)? 3. What kind of class or combat style appeals to you? Ex. (Swords, Archery, Magic, Stealth, Passive, Aggressive) 4. Do you have an identity in mind for your hero? This would include a background or look that you think would be cool to play. To answer each of them should only take a few minutes and the more information that I, as the DM, have to work with the more I can help you feel good about the character you are building.

As a teacher and creator, I spend time each week showing others how to learn and grow their skills. I commit this time weekly to help you find a creative outlet that has been a wonderful source of joy and entertainment for so many over the decades. After the session, I will also provide opportunities to find the next steps in joining one-shots and campaigns with your new character. If I have available space in my weekly games, you are welcome to join us. If not, I would love to help you find a game with another GM so that you can get right into gaming with others.
