About me
I was first introduced to D&D 3rd Edition as a child and never stopped playing games. As someone who also enjoys board games and video games, I've found that different TTRPGs scratch different itches. My favorite games right now are Pathfinder 2e and basically anything Powered by the Apocalypse - games that support radically different play styles.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Make sure you have a Discord account, that is where the Game Audio will be. It is also a great place to ask questions, view notes for previous sessions and interact with your fellow players. This game will be using Fantasy Grounds, a free VTT that you will need to download and make an account for. Here is the place to do so: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/ Instructions on how to access the game server will be provided in the Discord.
What Scott brings to the table
I am interested in playing Rules as Written, but that does not mean I am adversarial or discourage roleplaying. I intend to be a fair referee who will play monsters according to their nature (mindless undead will not attempt to flank you, humanoid enemies will coordinate their movements out loud, animals will attempt to flee). I will never fudge a die roll. All monster attacks and damage will be out in the open. Secret checks that have been resolved will be shared with the table.

How Scott creates a safe table
There will be a session zero where all of the safety tools in use will be explained. The Lines and Veils document will be anonymized. X, N, and O's can be sent through text or said aloud over voice, whichever is more comfortable.
