SUMMARY: Three days ago, Harold Rogers failed to check in following a routine maintenance trip through the upper Midwest. Rogers’ ongoing assignment involves travel between regional NSA and Program-linked data facilities to calibrate and audit autonomous monitoring systems. His disappearance was flagged automatically by the Pattern Recognition Integrity Sweep (PRIS) system — one of the same algorithms he helped build and maintain. PRIS detected his face using facial recognition artificial intelligence scans on public social media post, originating from a teenage girl’s TikTok video uploaded two days after his last communication. Rogers appears in the background of the video, partially out of focus, near the doorway of a roadside motel identified as the Seamist Motor Motel, just west of Jamestown, North Dakota. Rogers was not scheduled to be in that area, nor was any field work authorized there. Be advised: No external support or Program assets are available for this deployment — procure any logistics you need locally.
