Creating your character

✨ Roll for stats (using a special bot on the discord server), point buy, or standard array - your choice! ⭐️ 2024 Rules ⚡️ All published Wizards of the Coast books and DNDBeyond partnered content that I own on DNDBeyond are welcome. To mesh best with the game idea, choose a species from the Underdark who has a connection to the Forgotten Realms! 🔥 Characters start at Level 1. 🏹 One common magic item to start with (that isn't a weapon or armor) ✨ Please make sure you create a character that wants to complete the objective of the campaign (going on Underdark expeditions, fighting monsters to ensure the safety of clients, etc.). 🎲 Your character should be designed as a good fit for a team game, willing to compromise and work with the other player characters in pursuit of the party goals, regardless of their alignment. Please don’t bring any lone wolves, murderhobos, characters who engage in thievery or loot hoarding, or characters who engage in disruptive or chaotic behavior. 🎭 Roleplay is an important part of the game. Please bring characters with interesting personalities that are capable of communicating with the other player characters. Ideally aim to make characters who will be curious and interested in their party members and willing to build bonds with them.

I have Grimhollow, Crooked Moon, Critical Role, and other third party material that is welcome in my games. I also pre-order all new 5E content so you can start using it as soon as Master Tier gets access to it! 💎 Lots of loot to collect when enemies are defeated! You’ll get to enjoy all the game has to offer with magic items and consumables. 👁️ Engaging roleplay opportunities that give you a chance to talk to and potentially befriend such creatures as mind flayers, beholders, slaads, and more. You and the other players drive the narrative and can make allies with unusual personalities! ⏱️ Gaming consistency - you won’t have games cancelled on you with no notice unless someone has an emergency and we fall below our minimum play count, so look forward to game time each week. As long as three can attend, we play. 🎟️ Everyone is welcome. This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly table that welcomes queer and trans players and characters. I myself am a BIPOC non-binary DM and welcome everyone—whether you’re new to the game or experienced at playing—to join our community of likeminded people.

Homebrew rules

🧪 Drink a healing potion as an action to gain the full effect, or as a bonus action to roll for effect 🧨 Explosive Crits give you max damage on your first damage roll, then you roll the extra dice and add them as usual ⚡️ Flanking is permitted. You must be opposite the enemy to receive flanking bonus, which gives you advantage.

How Cy creates a safe table

🚦 We will have a Session 0 to ensure we are all on the same page with boundaries and limits. ❌ Players should avoid any topics described during Session 0 as off-limits. Players are also welcome to tell me if they need any additional material added to the list as the campaign goes on.
