About me
I'm a magicians grab bag press molded into the shape of a person. I've done a little bit of everything, wondered paths far and wide. I've seen the bright and the dark of the world, and fought dearly to keep a sense of whimsy. I have a deep love of telling stories, and a flair for the dramatic. I'm an actor, a programmer, a veteran, a writer, and a terrible singer, but I let none of that stop me. I've been running, playing, and designing TTRPG's for just under twenty years. D&D and White Wolf splats have been my mainstays, but I've been branching out to systems like Legend in the Mist and Daggerheart.

Creating your character
Character creation will take place during session 0. Players are highly encouraged to come with a character concept, or a fully made character if they can. Stats are standard array. Custom feats are allowed, but will need approval.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need both a Discord and Forge-VTT account in order to play. A DnDBeyond account is recommended, but not mandatory.
What Leon brings to the table
I bring the full VTT experience with animations, immersive sounds, ambient music, and custom dice integration. The game is intended to be a tense story driven experience with themes of loss, body horror, and desperate odds. Unraveling the mystery at the heart of the village may involve combat, role playing, and puzzle solving.
Homebrew rules
Critical hits have maximum damage on the extra die. Exhaustion has 20 points, -1 to all checks per point. Every player can give 1 heroic inspiration per game. Tag team rules- players can combine their turns, both acting for a single objective. Doing so costs one heroic inspiration, and gives both characters advantage! Record everything you get in your character sheet! If it's not there, you lost it. Homebrew and third party mechanics are allowed at GM discretion.

How Leon creates a safe table
As part of onboarding, players will be sent a link to a Lines and Veils document. The Safety Tools module in Foundry can be used by any player should the need arise. Ten minutes will be reserved for Stars and Wishes at the end of each game.
