About the adventure
Have you ever been in the middle of roleplay and thought, "I really just want to hit something right now..." You're in the right place. Eternal Doom of War is an anthology campaign of the craziest, most intense battles the tabletop can allow. Each session I'll throw you in to a new combat encounter, full of giant beasts, hoards of enemies and pure slaughter. No story. No roleplaying. Just. WAR! You'll level up at the end of each sessions, working towards a full Level-20 party to have epic God-Tier boss fights, trying to recreate the feelings of video games like Doom and Elden Ring. Hoard after Hoard. Boss after Boss. They'll just keep coming. If you want to let out your inner demon, join the Eternal Doom of War and let's get smashing!

About me
Welcome Adventurers, one and all! My name is Connor, I've been running games in the TTRPG space for 5 years now, creating epic, story-driven campaigns tailored to give my players a story that centres around and champions them! I'm an actor and writer, so my skills there lean heavily in to my GM style - you'll get wacky voices, crazy sound effects and detailed plots. I love collaboration, making sure the game is fulfilling your needs, making sure everyone at the table is comfortable as we craft these stories together! So let's jump in! There's always a seat at the table waiting for you.

Creating your character
Please create a character sheet on your preferred platform and share that with me before the session. For the first session, just a basic sheet starting at 5th level. However, we can also create a sheet quickly at the start of the session, as we don't need to worry about character stuff. But, if you want to literally be Kratos from God of War, I'm super down for that, and we can homebrew some stuff to make you feel like him!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
A webcam and mic would be preferable for sessions, but not essential! As long as I can hear you speak on Discord, you don't need your camera on if you don't want to. Having Roll20 downloaded will also be super handy, so I can add you to the campaign there to keep track of character sheets etc. Also please have Discord downloaded, so I can add you to the group. The only thing I do require is respect for everyone else at the table. I won't tolerate bullying, anti-social behaviour or bigotry. We're all here for a good time, experiencing the fun of roleplay with friends, and anyone who tries to break that will be removed. But other than that, just bring the vibes! And all the shenanigans and crazy stuff you want to do ;)
What Connor Duvenage brings to the table
I bring my skills as an actor and martial artist to the table. I'll be doing monster noises, sounds of combat and making sense of all of the hits and dodges. I love having ambient music during sessions (though I'm not the best DJ for mixing!!). Massive Rule of Cool believer, as it's a homebrew setting, the rules for me are a loose guide, and we'll do what the players and I want. Combat will be as light or intense as players are comfortable with, but I'll always be adding unique twists or environment to interact with to keep you on your toes! I have an insane amount of miniatures, and some landscape set pieces that we'll be using through the Discord call so you can also make sense of the battlespace!
Homebrew rules
Nothing specific, but bending rules for custom bosses (2nd phases, taking on a different character sheet etc), and anything else we find cool.

How Connor Duvenage creates a safe table
All of the content warnings are just things I expect to be in the game, but I can be as detailed or as vague with the violence as players are comfortable with. We'll have a session 0 to go over everything, and I'll be keeping in touch with players in direct messages to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible
